Ten minutes with Stephanie

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to make networking a top priority, as building strong connections can significantly grow both your reputation and your business.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

For my clients, one of the biggest challenges I face is helping business owners understand that they are the face of their brand, while a major opportunity lies in using AI to automate mundane tasks and reclaim valuable time, the core of every business lies in their ability to convey a meaningful authentic story, some first time owners struggle with the idea of branding and marketing their story as their biggest asset. My job is to help them discover their hidden identity and bring it to light with branding and marketing strategies aligned with their industry.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are family, personal growth, and staying active—whether through time with my two children, playing volleyball, or learning from books on business and autobiographies.
