Her Story

About Stephanie

I've dedicated nearly 18 years to business development, where I've built a career focused on building sales teams, generating revenue, and streamlining operations. Throughout my journey, I've sold hundreds of millions of dollars for the companies I've worked for and developed significant pipelines. My achievements include being named Rookie of the Year and earning recognition in the President's Circle and Circle of Excellence, among several other awards. I currently work as an Executive Sales Representative, though I'm transitioning to a new company soon in a similar role. I hold an Associate's degree in Communications from Palo Verde College, which I earned in 2006, and I've obtained licenses in insurance across different fields as well as in finance. However, I believe most of my real education has come from doing the job itself and having amazing mentorships along the way.

Ten minutes with Stephanie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to just never giving up, and having tenacity, grit, and determination to be successful, no matter what. It's that relentless drive and refusal to quit that has carried me through my career and helped me achieve the level of success I've had in business development.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say, you know, find the person who is doing the best at whatever job they're at and become their mentee. That is the best way to learn. Finding someone who excels in what they do and learning directly from them has been invaluable in my own career, and I believe it's the most effective path for anyone starting out.
