Her Interview

Ten minutes with Stephanie

01What do you attribute your success to?

Honestly, believing in myself, and I never had anybody that told me that I could do this. I watched my mom do it... the belief in myself, but also continuing to persevere and push forward, even if something went wrong... my mom always used to say, onward and upward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

It's more so about your mental capacity and your ability to deal with the day-to-day, like just having a solid foundation, rather than the actual skill itself... your ability to go with the flow, adapt... persevere, stay positive... give people grace... not to take things personally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Sky's the limit. If you're strategic and you can be... take initiative and learn to implement things, it's like, the smallest things make the biggest impact... we change people's lives every single day... the sky is the limit and you can brand yourself, you can build yourself... don't be shy and, like, don't be scared... be bright.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Respect is a really big one... treating people fairly, the same, with respect, with dignity... If people don't understand something, you know, not talking down to them... being able to help people... charisma... outgoing, friendly, Personality... persevere... give people grace.
