Her Story

About Stephanie

Stephanie Schneider is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at BrandRank.AI, where she leads financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational growth for an innovative artificial intelligence company. With more than 14 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations, she has built a career helping startups and nonprofit organizations establish the financial infrastructure needed to scale successfully. Known for her ability to create efficient systems, strengthen internal processes, and manage complex financial operations, Stephanie combines the analytical discipline of a Big Four accounting background with an entrepreneurial mindset that enables organizations to thrive in fast-paced, resource-conscious environments.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has held leadership positions across technology, nonprofit, and startup organizations, including Cintrifuse, Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, and BrandRank.AI. Among her most notable professional accomplishments was leading the successful renewal of a major Ohio state grant while at Cintrifuse, partnering with the Entrepreneurial Services Provider (ESP) collective to coordinate the application process and secure critical funding. She also played an instrumental role in building accounting and operational systems for emerging organizations, supporting initiatives such as the University of Cincinnati Research Institute and helping early-stage teams expand through strategic financial planning, budgeting, fundraising support, and operational leadership. Her collaborative leadership style is rooted in a philosophy learned from a high school track coach—that great teams succeed by maximizing each person's strengths and resources rather than relying on individual stars.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Stephanie is committed to lifelong learning and community engagement. She is completing her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University and continually expands her expertise in finance, technology, and data analytics. Outside of work, she enjoys powerlifting and fencing, pursuits that reflect her discipline and competitive spirit. She also serves as a docent and Docent Council Chair at the Contemporary Arts Center of Cincinnati, where she has spent several years supporting local artists, educating visitors, and helping introduce children to the arts. Through her professional leadership, volunteer service, and passion for continuous growth, Stephanie exemplifies a values-driven leader dedicated to building stronger organizations and stronger communities.
