Stephanie Sherby

Stephanie EdD serves as Senior Vice President at All Points, a company with over 300 employees, where she oversees revenue growth for the Department of War portfolio and supports the Space Prep division. This division tackles critical logistics challenges in the space industry by developing facilities such as the recently awarded 64-acre site at Kennedy Space Center for payload processing and launch operations. With six years in government contracts within the space sector, she previously built her career through multiple roles after joining as a full-time hire rather than a consultant. She holds an EdD in organizational development and leadership, completed in 2021 following her master's degree, and retired from the military after 30 years of service, including active duty and reservist time in manufacturing, earning the Legion of Merit. Stephanie is an active member of AFSCIA, NDIA, Women in Defense (WID), the Space Force Association, and Veterans of Foreign Wars, and she mentors proteges while contributing to industry leadership topics.
