Embrace a learning attitude while building a strong network. Be persistent. Setbacks and challenges WILL happen, but don't give up, keep going! Consistency is key.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

There are many challenges in the entertainment industry, and in my opinion the number one challenge is and will always be intense competition. Everyone wants to be a rapper, singer, actress, etc.. So what moves are you going to make in separating yourself from the masses and having the attention drawn to you? That's the question and that is your homework.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are being ambitious, determined, and confident in everything I pursue. My self confidence has been the driving force in everything I've accomplished thus far.
