My advice to young women entering the catering and event planning industry is to follow your passion and embrace what you love doing. This field can be fast-paced and challenging, but when you bring creativity, dedication, and authenticity to your work, it becomes incredibly rewarding. Focus on learning every aspect of the business, building strong relationships, and always staying curious—your enthusiasm and commitment will set you apart.
