I attribute my success to the diverse experiences I’ve gained across multiple industries and the work I do through my business, Event Logistics & Consulting LLC. My journey has taught me the value of adaptability, relationship-centered leadership, and creative problem-solving, all of which I bring to every project I take on.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the catering and event planning industry is to follow your passion and embrace what you love doing. This field can be fast-paced and challenging, but when you bring creativity, dedication, and authenticity to your work, it becomes incredibly rewarding. Focus on learning every aspect of the business, building strong relationships, and always staying curious—your enthusiasm and commitment will set you apart.

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are integrity, creativity, and service to others. Every day, I strive to approach my work with intentionality, even while navigating the challenges of today’s economy, and to create experiences that leave a meaningful impact.
