Her Interview
Ten minutes with Stephanie
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just stick with it. It's worth it. The service members come in completely lost because the recruiters and the ESOs promised them things, so I have to try to find a way to soften that blow and find ways to compensate if the university is able to fill in those gaps because college is expensive.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Getting service members to understand deadlines and that Zoom meetings are required, as they often don't realize this despite being told.
