Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong belief in myself, perseverance, and consistent hard work. Equally important is my ability to connect personally with candidates—an approach that has enabled me to consistently exceed KPIs in my previous roles.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and embrace the journey, including the mistakes along the way. Take the leap — you may stumble, but doing so opens the door to opportunities that can transform your career and your life. Trust that you are capable, and don’t let ‘what ifs’ hold you back from chasing your dreams.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is sourcing qualified dietitians, given the limited candidate pool. At the same time, there is a significant opportunity to raise visibility and build networking channels that highlight the contributions of women and other under-recognized professionals in healthcare.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life include helping others, practicing empathy, fostering inclusion, advocating for mental health, and approaching every situation with a non-judgmental mindset.
