Stephanie Rash is the founder of Elevated Careers, where she serves as a career change executive focused on supporting educators and education-adjacent professionals in transitioning to corporate roles. After beginning her career as a university graduate teaching associate in political science while earning multiple political science degrees, she joined Teach for America and later advanced through roles in assessment companies, ed tech startups, and Curriculum Associates, including positions in technology integration, curriculum development, and learning and development. Rash left her corporate job in 2023 to open Elevated Careers full time, building resources based on direct input from over 300,000 responses about career changes. She attributes her success to closely attending to audience needs using data and consistently showing up through daily LinkedIn posts and weekly newsletters without missing a day in three years. Rash has received formal awards in teaching and corporate work and has grown her LinkedIn audience to nearly 90,000 followers.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I always pay close attention to what people need, not my opinion or personal experience but using data from what people are asking. I have received 300,000 answers about their career changes and read every single one. I make sure anything I build starts with their exact words and current challenges. The second thing is I just keep showing up. I post on LinkedIn every day, send newsletters every Saturday, and have not missed a day in the last three years since opening my doors.
