About Stephany
Stephany Aidoo serves as a Relationship Manager and Acting Regional Manager with more than 14 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in corporate and retail banking as well as data analysis. Originally from Ghana, she earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, where she served as vice president of the only female hall, and later completed a Master's in Data Analysis at Atlantis University in Miami. Stephany began her career with internships at Ghana Commercial Bank, progressed to client service officer and relationship officer at CalBank, and was promoted to Relationship Manager before becoming acting regional manager in a notably short time. As a Chartered Banker who completed her certification in less than two years, she brings a strong focus on integrity, honesty, humility, and delivering results. Stephany maintains a mentorship group supporting young women in leadership and draws on her values and drive to overcome limitations as she works toward her goal of becoming the first female CEO in her bank.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have the drive as a woman to see no limitation. Women have the capacity, grace, and power to excel. Focus on the result we seek to achieve and believe in ourselves.
