Her Interview

Ten minutes with Subha

01What do you attribute your success to?

My mom raised me to say what I think and follow my guts and instincts. My husband supports me at home. Colleagues support me daily, help me grow, and ensure I get recognition and a voice.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Read your email twice but don't wait for perfection because timing is more important. Communicate your intent when speaking rather than worrying about perfect grammar or full sentences.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be curious, be accountable, make your own path. Don't wait for others to pave your path or speak for you. Speak up your feedback and situation yourself.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is both challenge and opportunity. People rely too much on AI instead of using creativity and innovation. Need to learn continuously, be curious, and solve problems together as technology evolves rapidly.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Accountability. If you say you will do something, follow through, prioritize it, communicate issues, and see it to the end without excuses.
