Currently Divisional Manager of Capital Project Controls for the City of Austin, leading standardized methodologies, tools, and governance to support effective delivery of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Previously served as Manager of Project Controls at Duke Energy, providing financial oversight and optimizing scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation for multimillion-dollar energy projects while mentoring high-performing teams. Earlier roles at PG&E and consulting firms (Jacobs, Mott MacDonald) include program performance measurement and project controls leadership. Holds a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate and a Project Management certificate from UC Berkeley.
