About Sujatha
Sujatha Bhushanam is an Agile Coach and Consultant specializing in Agile transformation and Scaled Agile practices. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, she began her career as a quality analyst and progressed through continuous learning to her current role. She spent eight years at Ford Motor Company, where she coached and mentored teams, helped them understand big-picture visions, and received several awards for excellence. At WheelPros, she served as a consultant Agile coach, successfully transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile, unifying them under common tools and processes over eight releases in eight months, and earning positive feedback from the CEO. She has also worked with Capgemini on engineering projects, including at Caterpillar, where product owners and stakeholders unanimously voted to retain her for an additional year of transformation work. Sujatha is a member of the Scaled Agile community, holding multiple certifications including SPC, which qualifies her to train others. She values sticking to company processes, ethics, and transparency professionally, while personally emphasizing empathy, active listening, and problem-solving both at work and at home.

Professionally I stick by the company's process, ethics, and transparency. Personally I love to understand people's problems and empathize with them. I am a good listener and problem solver both at work and at home. I believe we can create a difference with listening.
