Sumaiyya Alsagaaf is an experienced aviation and business professional with a strong background in business management, talent acquisition, recruitment, and team leadership. She has been in the aviation industry since 2015. Currently serving as Business Manager at a ground handling company in Houston, Texas, she previously spent time in Dubai working in senior cabin crew and purser roles before transitioning into recruitment for cabin crew in collaboration with the airline's HR and Senior Vice President of In-Flight Entertainment. After relocating to Texas, she joined a ground handling company as a customer service agent, her first job in the States. Within one week she was promoted to supervisor, and within one month to business manager handling multiple international airline accounts at the Houston station.
