What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having incredible mentors like Michael Riccardelli and Kerri Becker, who guided and challenged me throughout my career. Their leadership helped shape my approach to business and personal growth. Above all, my commitment to being excellent in everything I do—whether leading a team, serving clients, or learning something new—has been the foundation of my success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never underestimate what you’re capable of. Push yourself beyond your comfort zone and then push even harder. This field can be tough, but with confidence, perseverance, and a strong work ethic, you can accomplish more than you ever imagined.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in this field is navigating a male-dominated industry—breaking through can be tough, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. It takes resilience and confidence to earn respect and make your voice heard. Another challenge is maintaining a healthy work-life balance, especially in a demanding, fast-paced environment that can be physically taxing. That said, the industry is evolving, and there are growing opportunities for women to lead, innovate, and redefine what success looks like in construction and procurement.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me—both professionally and personally—are integrity, grit, hard work, and dedication. I believe in showing up consistently, doing the right thing even when it's not easy, and staying committed to continuous growth. Professionalism is key in everything I do, and I’m always striving to raise the bar—not just for myself, but for those around me.
