Sunsaria Reed is the founder, owner, and operator of Logical Source Consulting. She partners with small business startups and existing business owners, focusing on strategic advising, entrepreneurship education, and the integration of artificial intelligence to support business growth and operational excellence. Reed has been self-employed for more than 20 years and is a certified AI consultant. She holds an honorary bachelor's degree from Almeida College, which she notes is not accredited, and has pursued various vocational trainings such as nurse's aide and graphic designer. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would first ask what motivates her and why she wants to start her own business. Then walk her through incorporating the business, understanding LLC vs corporation, tax ID, and doing competitive research to see if the concept is innovative or already out there. I take a collaborative, transparent, results-driven approach and always start with finding your why.
