Sunshine Beeson: Hi there, I'm Sunshine Beason. And my business is in spiral iridology and emotional release hypnotherapy. Being an influential woman, for me, means setting an example of a lifestyle of walking your talk. And I believe that it is so incredibly important to have self-identity, to know truly who you are, and what makes life work for you, for each person, for each woman. And exploring the places where passion and joy fill your heart, how you share that, how you be, rather than so much doing. In our world today, being entrepreneurs, there is excessive amount of doing, and that takes you into the masculine energy where I notice many women get on overwhelmed. So for me it's so important to have a practice of self-care. I am into meditation, yoga. Hot springs, when I used to live in Colorado, taking baths, and so I like to live by being the example, and Also sharing all of my methodology and my ways of being and living to be a guide, a mentor for how women can live their lives that way, to be true to themselves. Many women are empathic and oftentimes have pleaser parts and want to take care of everybody else, and that's a natural thing for women. And It is so extremely important that the self-care happen, and I say it's important to go vertical before you go horizontal, meaning align with your spirit, with some kind of spiritual connection, and understanding your core being before you go horizontal out into the world or into relationships. So that is what I feel as an influential woman.
