About Supriya
I grew up in a small town in India where my parents emphasized education. I completed my computer engineering undergrad there and later earned a master's in Computer Science in Maryland. I have worked at Oracle, Fidelity Investments as a principal solution engineer, and now at IntraFi as a technical leader and architect focusing on modernization, distributed systems, and solutions for banks. I am passionate about mentoring engineers, developing future leaders, and specifically motivating women in technology. I also contribute to the tech community through speaking and helping with youth robotics programming.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Communication skills and connecting with people are more important than collecting certifications and degrees. Early in my career I focused heavily on technologies and certifications but learned that uplifting others and building connections leads to greater growth.
