02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I'm more of one that I don't take no for an answer. Go after what you want. Stay focused.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Being willing to serve others. Help them grow professionally.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenges right now would be the way recruiting is because of the transfer portal and all the different rule changes, adapting and making adjustments. Opportunities would be getting to do what you love to do. I was always passionate about basketball, and so this doesn't feel like a job to me. It's my career, and being able to pour into others to help them grow as well.

Character, ability, honesty, and service.
