One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is ensuring that live plants and horticultural products arrive at their destination in prime condition, maintaining quality throughout the supply chain.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in work and life are honesty and humility. I also cherish spending time with my 7-year-old daughter at her soccer and dance classes, and I enjoy relaxing at the beach.
