Susan Close

Susan Close, LCPC, LMHC, is a psychotherapist, clinical leader, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She is the Founder and CEO of Imagine Together Center, PLLC, where she develops programming, delivers keynotes, and creates workshops focused on leadership development and behavior change, and is the creator of Inside the Space, a structured thinking framework. She also maintains a private practice providing therapy to individuals, couples, teens, and geriatric clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, addictions, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. Earlier in her career, Susan worked in politics in Washington, D.C., before transitioning to therapy after a personal loss, completing her master's at George Washington University with training in school and clinical counseling, including an internship at a high school in Maryland. She is a member of the Illinois Counseling Association and the Illinois Mental Health Counselor Association. Her work reflects a commitment to clinical excellence and empowering others through curiosity and relationships.
