About Susan
She is a distinguished design and hospitality sales executive with over three decades of experience representing attainable luxury in sustainable style, currently serving as Owner of Susan Halpern Associates Inc., where she represents a curated portfolio of premium FFE products including carpet, lighting, flooring, furniture, casegoods, seating, and accessories for the hospitality, senior living, multifamily, cruise, office, and retail sectors. She represents leading brands including LOLOEY carpets, Cadlume Lighting, Arkansas Lighting, Samuelson Furniture, and Stylenations seating. Prior to founding her own firm, she spent 25 years at Durkan Hospitality and served as Sales Associate at Shelby Williams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston University and is a founding member of the New York chapter of NEWH. She is recognized as a strategic, client-focused, and industry-respected leader who combines deep product expertise with a commitment to sustainable design and exceptional service.
