What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say be patient, and don't give up on it, and try to learn everything that you can. So get in there, sometimes they throw you in the fire, and just jump in there and learn everything you can from the title side to the escrow side. And be coachable, because it can... there's times when you have that imposter syndrome, or you have that, what am I doing? I've been doing this for 10 years, and I still feel like I don't know anything, or am I doing it right? You know, we have those doubts in our confidence sometimes. With title, if you stick with it, there really is a light at the end of the tunnel, and you go through these waves of going, oh my goodness, I am making a difference. There's many times I was like, what am I doing? I'm going to get out of this industry, you know? What am I doing? And I stuck with it, and opportunities just always presented themselves, and with every opportunity, I learned more, and learned more, and learned more.
