Susan McKeever-Duys is a seasoned global leader in Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) with over two decades of experience driving corporate sustainability, climate change strategy, and ESG reporting across multiple industries. In her current role as Global EHS&S Leader at TE Connectivity, she sets and executes sustainability strategy across international business units—including Energy, Medical, and Defense—achieving significant decarbonization and regulatory compliance goals ahead of schedule. With deep expertise in product stewardship, greenhouse gas reporting, and circular design, Susan’s leadership spans continents and sectors, aligning business strategy with environmental impact and long-term resilience.

Outside of her corporate achievements, Susan is deeply passionate about the natural world. A lifelong advocate for plant-based living and ocean conservation, she finds balance and inspiration through hiking, painting, and spending time with her family.
