About Susan
I graduated college and went into public relations as an administrative assistant, then recruiting at the Roland company. After marriage and children, I entered real estate for flexibility as a licensed salesperson and started my own executive recruiting firm working with Big Four CPAs. Three years ago I pivoted to executive assistant supporting two C-suite leaders, excelling beyond my expectations through hard work and intuition.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, focus, and just really showing up every day, and doing my best, and putting my best foot forward. One foot in front of the other, roots down like a tree.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
If you think about not doing it, then don't. Follow your intuition and gut, as it is usually right.
