Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Take the chance. Trust your abilities—you can do this.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be your best advocate, know your worth and set boundaries! Don't avoid conflict because when you do, that just gives you a false peace, the conflict is still there, you're just ignoring it. Always remember...life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Show up as the best version of yourself that you are capable of being. Progress over perfection!

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Earn your seat at the table—and don’t hesitate to use your voice once you’re there.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, trust, and respect guide every aspect of my personal and professional life. They are fundamental values, not negotiable traits.
