Susan Roth
Susan Roth is a seasoned Senior Planner at Laberge Group with over 25 years of professional experience in municipal land use planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Phoenix University. Certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) since 1995, Susan has developed deep expertise working with Planning Boards throughout New York’s Hudson Valley region, where she has provided guidance on zoning and subdivision codes, historic preservation, master planning, and environmental review under SEQRA regulations. Throughout her career, Susan has consulted for both public and private clients, leading complex projects including the preparation of environmental impact statements, design guidelines, and economic revitalization programs. She is known for her collaborative approach to balancing development goals with community preservation and sustainability. In addition to her planning work, Susan is volunteering as a mentor in the Upstate Chapter of the American Planning Association. She is dedication to community development and historic preservation has earned her recognition from colleagues and local government officials alike.
