What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of hard work, adaptability, and perseverance. My expertise spans clinical nursing, medical device education, cardiac care, territory management, and healthcare sales leadership. With over eight years of experience in healthcare—including time as a CVICU nurse and more than five years in cardiac sales, the past three of which have been as a Senior Territory Manager at ZOLL—I have developed a strong foundation that blends hands-on patient care with strategic relationship management across hospital systems and medical teams.
My clinical background allows me to truly understand the real-world challenges healthcare providers face, which helps me build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver meaningful, practical solutions. One of my most notable achievements has been my rapid career advancement at ZOLL, where I was among the first clinical hires and quickly progressed into a senior territory role. I have earned President’s Club recognition, won a company incentive trip, and consistently exceeded performance expectations, most recently becoming the top seller of LifeVest devices within my organization.
Currently, I serve as a Senior Territory Manager at ZOLL, working closely with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators to support the successful adoption of life-saving medical technologies. My role includes providing clinical education, overseeing product implementation, delivering comprehensive training, and offering ongoing support. I also navigate complex hospital environments to ensure effective collaboration and optimal patient outcomes.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to seek out strong mentors. Learning from experienced professionals helped me navigate career transitions, build confidence, and recognize opportunities for growth. Their guidance encouraged me to pursue leadership roles and continues to shape my professional journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to work hard, stay resilient, and be patient with their growth. Success in healthcare and medical sales takes time and persistence, so it’s important to stay focused and not be discouraged by challenges. Seeking out mentors who will both support and challenge you can make a significant difference in building confidence, developing leadership skills, and advancing your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in healthcare right now is the ongoing staff shortages and significant time constraints faced by physicians and clinicians. These pressures make it difficult for care teams to fully engage with new technologies or processes. At the same time, this creates a strong opportunity for education, innovation, and relationship-driven care—particularly for professionals who can bridge the gap between clinical expertise and practical implementation to support better patient outcomes.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are dedication, integrity, resilience, and family. I believe success comes from showing up consistently, doing meaningful work with honesty, and building strong, trusted relationships both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, family is my greatest priority. I value quality time with my five-year-old daughter, who is in kindergarten, and I strive to maintain balance while managing a demanding career. Staying grounded in these values helps me remain focused, fulfilled, and driven in all areas of my life.
