What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the journey that brought me here—after 30 years in public education, I retired and founded my own LLC, which allows me to empower and help others. I love what I do, and receiving the Accelerator Award in Transformational Coaching and graduating with honors motivates me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, including offering free workshops to support those who need guidance.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can make a difference not only in my own life but in the lives of others, which brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay the course, never give up, and remember that you have the power to make a real difference.

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is building visibility as the new Founder and CEO of Soulutions2Soar LLC so I can help others achieve success and overcome burnout.
