Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to giving my full commitment to everything I pursue, consistently approaching my work with focus, discipline, and a strong sense of accountability. By giving 100 percent effort, maintaining high standards, and remaining dedicated to continuous growth, I ensure that each responsibility is met with excellence and integrity.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I own my career. When I take responsibility for my professional path and focus on doing what I genuinely enjoy, I am more motivated, fulfilled, and successful in the long term.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is the same advice that was given to me: you own your career. Take ownership of your professional journey, advocate for yourself, pursue opportunities that align with your goals, and build a path that reflects both your ambitions and your values.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is being a woman and standing out in spaces where women are still underrepresented. At the same time, this presents a significant opportunity to lead with confidence, bring a distinct perspective, and contribute to meaningful change by demonstrating expertise, resilience, and leadership.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty is the most important value in both my work and personal life. I believe in being truthful, transparent, and authentic in all interactions, as integrity builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates a foundation for long-term success.
