Suseela Pandity MS., MBA.

Suseela Pandity is a product consultant currently working in a freelance capacity in Chicago, Illinois. She began her career in the United States in 2016 at an insurance company called Horaceman, progressing from IT business analyst to product management roles involving multiple enterprise projects. Suseela earned her Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield after moving from her hometown of Gunthur in Andhra Pradesh, India. She also completed an Executive MBA and holds a bachelor's degree in education. She is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in IT management and artificial intelligence at the University of Cumberlands in Louisville, Kentucky, where she has completed two years of study. Her professional credentials include Lean Six Sigma certification, SAFE Scrum Master, and Agile Leader certifications. Suseela is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and received the High Academic Achievement Award during her master's program. She has published two papers, including a solo-authored paper titled Next Generation Intelligent Healthcare Systems leveraging Agentic AI. In addition to her professional work, Suseela volunteers with the Metro Achievement Center tutoring program, drawing on her background as a trained teacher and her passion for counseling and leadership development.
