About Susie
Susie works in internal communications for the tech company Thumbtack, where she partners with teams across the organization to create content and interactive employee resources, and boost engagement. She began her career as a graphic designer for 22 years before transitioning fully into internal communications in 2018, following a hybrid role at Walmart. A lifelong learner, she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998 and takes pride in pivoting careers midlife while pursuing expertise in AI to enhance her work.
