She is a human resources, people strategy, HR business partnering, executive leadership, organizational design, talent management, and HR education professional with experience in people strategy development, employee relations, policy design, compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and HR instruction. She currently serves as Vice President, People Business Partner at the National Kidney Foundation. Her background includes independent HR consulting, HR leadership with Sun Life and Aetna/CVS Health, and adjunct faculty work in HR and business management at Post University.
