Suzy Rawlins is a Speaker, Holistic Health Coach, and Founder of Roots & Boots Intentional Living LLC, where she specializes in helping high-capacity women rebuild self-trust, regulate stress, and develop the inner stability required to lead and live in alignment with their values. Her work bridges holistic wellness, faith-based principles, and practical mindset coaching to guide clients out of cycles of burnout, overwhelm, and self-doubt and into sustainable transformation. She is known for her grounded, straightforward approach that emphasizes clarity, consistency, and personal responsibility as foundations for lasting change.

Through her coaching and speaking engagements, Suzy supports individuals and groups through a combination of one-on-one coaching sessions and structured group programs. These sessions are primarily delivered via Zoom, with additional support provided through phone-based coaching when needed. A significant portion of her work also involves ongoing client support, including follow-up communication, accountability touchpoints, and the provision of curated resources to reinforce progress between sessions. At the core of her methodology is a focus on helping clients reconnect with their own internal wisdom and recognize the strength they already possess, often uncovering clarity that has been overshadowed by stress, self-doubt, or external pressure. Her coaching philosophy centers on what she describes as “breathing belief” into others, creating a space where clients can rebuild confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and take aligned, intentional action.

Outside of her professional practice, Suzy leads a lifestyle deeply rooted in intentionality, faith, and connection to nature. She values time spent outdoors, especially hiking and engaging with the natural environment, which she considers essential to her own sense of balance and clarity. She also prioritizes serving her family and maintaining a grounded, values-driven way of life. Suzy integrates her Christian faith with a holistic, nature-informed perspective that emphasizes mindfulness, stewardship of the body and mind, and a deep appreciation for creation. This blend of spiritual conviction and earth-centered awareness informs both her personal philosophy and her professional coaching approach, reinforcing her belief that true transformation involves alignment of mind, body, and spirit.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the fact that I've gone through my own health battles. I'm a two-time cancer survivor, and I've had some major lymphatic issues and gut health issues that I really had to walk through. I had to walk through the cancer alone, and then the gut and the lymphatic issues I had a naturopath walk me through. But I think my success is just that I know that the hard things suck, but they're worth it on the other side. So when you just do the hard things and get to be healthy, it's worth it. That experience of overcoming those challenges taught me that I can help others understand that hard things are not easy, but they are worth it.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is probably to just be authentically you, and don't conform to what everybody else wants. Stay in your lane and do you, because you're going to attract your tribe that way. When you stay true to who you are and operate in your own lane, you naturally attract the people who are meant for you.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say don't overcomplicate it. The people that God has designed you to coach are probably the people that are much like you, so think about what is it that you want in a coach and what is it that you would want to receive. Just don't overcomplicate it, and again, kind of stay in your lane. Don't get overwhelmed by thinking, 'Oh my gosh, well, this coach does this, and this coach does that.' Don't compare yourself to others or get caught up in what everyone else is doing.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The opportunities in my field right now are finding places where I can speak and breathe belief into people, whether I'm getting paid to do it or it's just free, because that's what God asked us to do - to serve and give people encouragement. As for challenges, I feel like some of the industry is underestimated because of social media. There are so many people saying 'Oh, take this supplement, take this supplement,' but the person suggesting that you do that has zero qualifications. That can be challenging when your clients are listening to people who may or may not actually know what they're talking about. There's a lot of misinformation out there from unqualified sources.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are definitely integrity and follow through. I believe in doing what you say you're gonna do, whether it's for yourself or for somebody else. That follow-through and integrity really go hand in hand - it's about being someone who keeps their word and commitments.
