About Suzanne
She is an automotive service management professional with decades of experience in customer service, dealership operations, and service department leadership. She currently serves as Service Manager at Wide World BMW and previously spent nearly eight years as an Assistant Service Manager at Orange County BMW. Her background also includes long-term service leadership with Honda of Nanuet and earlier account management experience in sales. She has a strong work ethic that has attributed to her success in the automotive industry.

01What do you attribute your success to?
A strong work ethic that was instilled in me by my parents.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Whatever the job you are asked to do at whatever level, do a good job because your reputation is your resume.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don’t ever think you can’t be successful and lead others. The industry is changing daily and is more welcoming to those who tend to work hard. Always stay true to yourself.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Proving Technical and Operational Authority. Particularly in a traditionally male-dominated service, having to justify my technical competence and expertise to both subordinates and customers.
