She is a seasoned engineering and program management professional with over 25 years of experience driving product development, systems engineering, and cross-functional collaboration at HP Inc. Currently serving as Executive & Employee Engagement Manager, she leads initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and workforce connection, building on a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades in technical program and systems engineering roles. Her extensive HP tenure includes positions as System Engineer Program Manager, where she managed commercial managed IT notebook R&D, led engineering development processes, and coordinated cross-company communications to ensure on-schedule product completion. She also served as Software Program Manager for multimedia, where she built strategic vendor partnerships with industry leaders including Microsoft, Adobe, and Symantec, and managed software deliverables critical to product success. Earlier in her career, she provided network and technical support at Bechtel National Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of Houston-Downtown.
