01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to follow their hearts and trust their intuition. I have always pursued what genuinely interests and inspires me, and I was fortunate to have a strong and courageous mother who taught me to follow my dreams. I believe that when you focus on what you are passionate about, the opportunities and financial rewards will follow. Most importantly, serve others and strive to make a positive impact—the difference you make in people’s lives will take you far.
