Suzanne Marie Hermanson
Suzanne Hermanson is an accomplished educator and wellness professional with over 12 years of experience teaching and coaching middle and high school students, combined with more than 15 years in sales, marketing, and training across both startups and established businesses. She holds certifications as a National Board Certified Reflexologist and Certified Health Coach, and is dedicated to fostering environments that encourage learning, creativity, and self-advocacy.
Throughout her career, Suzanne has successfully integrated her diverse skills to support students and professionals alike. As a CTE Work-Based Learning Coordinator, she coordinated internship and job shadow opportunities that developed critical 21st-century skills such as communication, financial literacy, and problem-solving. Her calm and adaptable approach creates positive learning atmospheres, and she brings a thoughtful perspective to problem-solving and relationship-building in every role.
Currently, Suzanne leads Sole Spring Reflexology, applying somatic wellness techniques to improve client health while continuing to pursue teaching and training opportunities aligned with her values. She also serves as a fitness specialist and yoga instructor, blending her passion for wellness with education to support holistic growth in her community. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from Central Washington University and CTE certification from Eastern Washington University.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my personal success to hardwork, taking chances, and asking for help from those with different skills than I have.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Pay attention and take charge of your vision, even if other people don't share it.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Ask for help when you need it, cultivate and stay true to your values, create healthy boundaries so you don't people please~ it always leads to burnout. Ask for what you are worth interms of your experience and skills.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Learning how to market myself. and use education to inform people of what I do. I spent my career marketing other businesses and people, and cultivating an authentic voice for myself is an opportunity.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most importnat values are integrity, honestly, and follow through. Thoughts, words, and actions need to aline together. Listening is also the golden rule!
