The firm partners with corporations, foundations, nonprofits, and international development organizations to translate social sustainability commitments into measurable results that benefit both business performance and community impact. Prior to founding her consultancy, she spent over ten years at Walmart headquarters, beginning in global sourcing before moving to corporate affairs where she managed a $100 million portfolio for the Walmart Foundation on projects around the world. She earned her bachelor's degree in international relations with a double major in Middle Eastern studies and her master's degree in public administration with a focus on international development from the University of Arkansas, graduating in May 2006. Originally from Haiti, Francois and her siblings have made investments in a rural town there, opening the first formal restaurant, the first clean water plant, and an ice plant that now employs 18 to 20 local people and supports small businesses in the community.
