What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field are currently centered around a complex acquisition, where we are integrating multiple organizations, systems, and brands—particularly across 12 HVAC brands in the U.S. and Canada. This process involves aligning branding, messaging, and operations while working toward Bosch’s goal of becoming a top three manufacturer in the space. At the same time, it presents strong opportunities for growth, as I’ve taken on broader responsibilities that include cross-functional projects, app redevelopment, and updating public-facing materials. The transition has expanded my exposure to technical, legal, and strategic aspects of marketing and has made the work both challenging and highly rewarding.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life include being patient with myself while continuously striving to give my best in everything I do.
