She is a seasoned business development and laboratory solutions executive with over 15 years of experience in the laboratory equipment, furniture, and construction sectors, specializing in strategic account management, bid development, and market expansion. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Hamilton Laboratory Solutions, she leads business development strategy for high-quality cabinetry, workstations, and fume hoods serving educational and private sector laboratory markets. Prior to this role, she spent nearly a decade as Business Development Manager for Construction at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she managed the construction bid process, strategic accounts, and competitive positioning for the Laboratory Equipment Division across 12 Western states. Her career also includes regional management roles at Hamilton Scientific and Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as VP of Sales at Jordy Carter Furnishings. She holds a BA in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
