About Svetlana
I've been in marketing for 20 years, and my journey has taken me across some incredible brands and markets. I started at P&G in 2006, then spent a decade at Coca-Cola working globally in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and at their Atlanta headquarters. After that, I joined Reckitt Benckiser where I led the global intimate wellness portfolio. Most recently, I was Marketing Director at Restaurant Brands International, working for Popeyes. This past March, I made the biggest leap of my career by leaving corporate America to launch ElorForce LLC, my own AI-powered marketing consultancy agency. The difference now is exciting - instead of being the client with agencies pitching to me, I'm pitching myself to clients. It's a complete change of hats, taking on business development and sales, which I'm really enjoying. What drove this change was AI. Companies like RBI and the big CPG firms aren't embracing it fast enough due to cybersecurity and privacy concerns, so for me it was now or never. I'm spending most of my time building automated solutions for my clients on the back end, like a social marketing factory where their entire Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms can be fully automated on a subscription-based model rather than a retainer. My expertise is in brand strategy and brand positioning, and I'm passionate about helping businesses leverage AI in ways that traditional corporate structures can't move fast enough to adopt.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think there's this female thing where we are not very self-confident, and it takes us a lot of time to become confident. We have this imposter syndrome every single day when we meet the client, when we present to the boardroom. I feel like women need to be more confident, and we know we are way smarter than men. We just need to empower each other and support each other in order to get this confidence back. Never be afraid to make this change in your career life, and never think that you wouldn't be able to do that. We are such strong, powerful beings because we are actually delivering the kids and all of that. This is the hardest thing in life, so we can go through everything. I wanted to have an MBA for such a long time, and then I was like, oh my god, I have a family, now I have a kid, now I have a full-time job, I cannot do that, it's no time. And then my son was young when I started the MBA program, and I had to travel every week, and I made it! I had a full-time job and family, and my husband is not doing a lot of stuff at home, so I was prepping for every single trip, and I made it. So I think every woman can do that. Women are the most resilient creatures on this planet, and we just don't understand that we have a huge potential.
