Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, consistency, and a willingness to start where I was and keep learning.

I didn’t follow a linear path—I began in technical support, focused on solving problems well, and built credibility one step at a time. Staying curious, showing up consistently, and being open to feedback helped me grow through every transition.

Equally important were the mentors, teams, and opportunities that trusted me and challenged me, along with the unwavering support of my mom, who believed in me even before I fully believed in myself. Success, for me, has been about persistence, humility, and using every opportunity to create meaningful impact. What do you attribute your success to?

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Focus on doing the work well, even when no one is watching.”

That advice stayed with me because it reframed success as consistency, not visibility. Early in my career—starting in technical support—it taught me that credibility is built by showing up, learning deeply, and delivering value over time. Titles and recognition follow, but mastery and trust come first.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You don’t need to know everything on day one—no one does.

Focus on learning the fundamentals, asking questions, and doing the work with consistency and care. Confidence comes from competence, and competence is built over time.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Balance and presence are deeply important to me.

I care deeply about my work and my family, and I don’t see them as competing priorities. I strive to give my full effort and attention to both, knowing that being fulfilled personally makes me stronger professionally, and vice versa.

I believe success isn’t just about professional achievements—it’s about showing up fully for the people and the work that matter most to you, without feeling like you have to sacrifice one to honor the other.
