I am a senior technology services and consulting executive with nearly two decades of experience in sales strategy, client development, and digital engineering solutions. I currently serve as Senior Vice President of Digital Engineering Services at Aditi Consulting, a role I have held since March 2023, working in a hybrid capacity from Bellevue, Washington. In this role, I define and execute the sales vision and strategy to align with company growth goals, own top-line revenue and profitability across all accounts and business units, drive go-to-market strategy by identifying key verticals and solution focus areas, cultivate C-level relationships with client decision-makers, build and scale a high-performing sales organization, partner with marketing on branding and demand generation, and lead strategic pursuits, RFPs, and complex deal negotiations.

I have been with Aditi Consulting for nearly fourteen years, serving in progressively responsible roles including Vice President of Consulting Services, Senior Director of Consulting Services, Director of Client Development, Group Account Manager for Client Development, and Senior Account Manager. Throughout my tenure, I have been responsible for managing and accelerating growth across strategic accounts, specializing in telecom, software, and retail domains across Washington and Oregon, driving a team of account managers, partnering with clients to understand their business challenges, building and managing scalable teams, and cross-collaborating with internal teams including finance, operations, HR, immigration, accounting, and payroll.

Before joining Aditi Consulting, I served as Senior Technical Recruiter at Experis for over two years, where I specialized in IT recruitment across the Washington area, partnering with C++ developers, technical support engineers, systems engineers, build engineers, and network engineers. I also served as an Engineering Consultant at Kelly Engineering Resources in the Greater Melbourne Area, recruiting for niche engineering roles within manufacturing, mining, construction, and IT domains. Earlier in my career, I established the Engineering Recruitment stream at The Providence Group, specializing in environmental and civil engineering roles, and generated two hundred thousand dollars in revenue within the first six months of starting the function.
