She currently works as a Senior Product Analyst at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she leads AI-enabled platforms, compliance review tools, predictive analytics, and global workflow modernization across R&D, safety, regulatory, and quality teams. Her background includes product management consulting for Estée Lauder, e-commerce systems work with Perfume Center of America, and founding Swaraj Enterprises, where she led technology implementation projects across multiple industries. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology and holds an MBA in Strategy and Management.
