About Swetha

Swetha Sunkara serves as Head of Go-to-Market at Reinforce Labs, an AI-native company based in Palo Alto, California. As a founding team member, she leads go-to-market efforts including sales, marketing, brand management, business strategy, and partnerships to help enterprises adopt AI responsibly through evaluation and testing frameworks. She emphasizes values of trust and loyalty in startup environments and encourages young women entering AI to read extensively, pursue focused learning, build connections, and iterate on ideas.

Persistence and constant self-learning. I've always learned everything on the job through self-learning and keeping at it, even 10 or 15 minutes a day adds up over time.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always be curious and constantly learning new things, technologies, and innovations through reading and on-the-job experience.

The era of experimenting with AI is over; every enterprise is trying to adopt it meaningfully and responsibly, not just for cost savings but efficiency. Ensuring responsible deployment and governance is critical.
