My advice to young women entering accounting is to be patient and embrace the learning process. While some aspects of the profession can feel repetitive, the financial knowledge you gain will benefit you throughout your career and personal life. If you're pursuing the fashion or clothing industry, stay true to your vision, create something that reflects your unique style, and never let anyone discourage you from pursuing your goals. Believe in yourself, remain confident, and make your brand authentically yours.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I'm facing right now is completing graduate school while balancing a demanding work schedule. I work the night shift from midday until 2:00 a.m., then have to be in class by 8:00 a.m. Managing both responsibilities requires discipline, resilience, and strong time management, but I'm committed to overcoming these challenges and achieving my educational and professional goals.

The values that matter most to me in my work and personal life are stability, communication, and collaboration.
