About Sybil
Sybil Jones is an entrepreneur and community engagement professional focused on empowering women and building community through storytelling and shared experiences. She is the owner of Mamas and Coffee, a platform centered on women's empowerment, family experiences, self-esteem, self-care, and lifestyle conversations that bring women together. She founded Stroke Talks as a specific community under Mamas and Coffee to discuss stroke awareness and the hidden hurdles survivors face, drawing from her own stroke five years ago due to a rare cause. Previously she founded and hosted Military Spouse Conversations, an offshoot talk show and community for military spouses to discuss everyday experiences while navigating frequent moves as the spouse of a U.S. Naval officer. Her background includes a bachelor's degree in logistics from the University of Memphis earned in 2002, which supports her business-minded approach to managing projects and reaching people. She has received military spouse recognition awards and donates to family causes while expressing interest in becoming more active with the Stroke Association.
