01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You can always be in more than one lane. Don't put yourself in a box when pursuing your dream. Don't be afraid to try other things and see what else you're good at. The path may expand. Never give up on yourself and realize you can be in multiple lanes, multiple industries, and serve multiple audiences. It's okay to not fit into one box.
